About the team:

 

The Customer Marketing Intern will participate in developing strategies and overseeing all aspects of customer marketing in the region with the support of Field Marketing Managers and Regional Marketing VP. Key focus for this role will be ensuring all LAC markets are achieving their add-on pipeline targets, as well as alignment and consolidation of the various customer lifecycle marketing programs for the region. He or she will work closely with the LAC client sales leader on regional customer initiatives and will be responsible for ongoing program measurement and communication, with the goal of optimizing programs to drive conversions and accelerate velocity through each stage of the customer sales funnel. Additionally, this individual will oversee the quality and consistency of all customer references for the region, leverage and expand the SAP reference program to all of SAP Concur LAC, increase the reference database and create a sense of customer community in the region, whilst increasing customer satisfaction. This role will collaborate closely with local customer marketers, account management teams as well as with Regional and Global Marketing functions like Campaigns, Digital, Events or ABM and ensure best practice sharing. This position will be a key member for the LAC Shared Services Marketing Team and report directly to the Head of LAC ENT Marketing. This individual must be a natural communicator, have good influencing and cross group collaboration skills, be action oriented, have a good customer focus, and willing to develop concepts, plan and organizing activities. The ideal candidate has promising conceptual skills, can work independently, is comfortable working within a cross-functional team, has a background in marketing and demand generation, and possesses good communication and messaging skills.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Customer Marketing

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

  • Support cross-& upsell and retention
  • Support markets without customer marketing to implement best practices. Align activities across the team
  • Bridge between global and regional Mktg projects and requirements to leverage and increase visibility
  • Maintain/Enhance a LAC wide reference program and encourage customer advocacy
  • Supports all aspects of customer marketing in LAC.
  • Implement high impact customer marketing strategies.
  • Help defining campaign analytics and ongoing program measurement and communication, with the goal of optimizing programs to drive conversions and accelerate velocity through each stage of the customer sales funnel.
  • Supports execution of targeted customer marketing programs and tools to launch products and to increase the cross- and upsell business in individual LAC markets.
  • Consolidates the various customer lifecycle marketing programs for LAC.
  • Oversees the quality and consistency of all customer references for the region.
  • Expand the SAP reference program to all of SAP Concur LAC.
  • Ensures an increase of the reference database in LAC, creates a sense of customer community in the region, whilst increasing customer satisfaction. Coordinate production of customer case studies and videos for smaller markets without dedicated customer marketing resource.
  • Works closely with local customer/client marketers and marketing functions such as Campaigns, Digital, Events or ABM and ensure best practice sharing.  Works closely with local client sales and product marketing teams in region to understand sales strategies, the market environment and customer business needs.

  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
