About the team:

 

The Global Customer Reference Stories Team mission is to identify, inspire, and engage customers throughout their journey ​and empower them to share their relevant, inspiring SAP experiences.​ This is an exciting internship role that combines strategic customer-facing activities, customer marketing and sales support.  The Customer Reference Support Intern in Brazil would work closely with the Brazil Customer Reference Manager to support customer reference events, reference recruitment and engagement, support sales requirements, and more.  If you are passionate about customer marketing and interested in learning how it impacts business objectives while also getting customers excited about sharing stories about their successful transformation projects, this is a great role for you!

 

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Reference Support

Location: São Paulo, RS, Brazil

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:

 

  • Manage data updates and data quality in the Customer Reference Platform (CRP), an internal customer reference database where SAP global reference information is stored
  • Support customer reference events, both in-person events and virtual web-based events.  This work includes coordinating and communicating with SAP customers to schedule for speaking at reference events, creating promotional communications, and supporting customer and prospect registration for reference events.
  • Create internal communications for the customer reference team, to ensure timely customer reference information is being shared with our internal Brazilian stakeholders
  • Review customer reference recruitment pipeline and communicate with the Reference Managers and SAP account teams to engage more customers in the reference program
  • Provide backup support during times when Reference Managers are out of office
  • Manage other administrative tasks as needed

  • Studying Social Communications (Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing)
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) is required
  • Enthusiasm to learn the SAP portfolio, industry characteristics, business models, etc;
  • Great writing and great communication skills
  • Organization and persuasion skills
  • Multitasking
  • Problem solver profile
  • Advanced English skills
  • Spanish skills will be considered a differential
