Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Delivery & Engagement Operations in Cloud Application Services Americas
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Expected start date: February 2026
- Support the Application Service Management Team and CAS Engagements;
- Support operations of our CAS Managed Services; (AMS Concept)
- Use analytical skills to provide inputs and recommendations to improve the operation.
- Have the opportunity to learn about complex landscapes in real scenarios
- Interaction with Global Teams and SAP RISE Customers
- Upskill in Analytics and continuous improvement for real cases
- Gain experience in ITIL processes and Delivery Operations
- Possibility to learn about SAP Solutions contracted by our Customers
What You’ll Bring

- Current studying Product Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Takes initiative
- Fluent in English
- Spanish is desirable
- Energetic and goal oriented
- ITIL principles (ITIL/ITSM/AMS) is a plus
- Excel, PowerBI, DAX, PowerQuery is a plus
- Agile Methods is a plus
- Lean Services is a plus
