What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Digital Team LAC
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
In this role, you’ll:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Leadership and Talent Development Programs for Latin America and Global Initiates.
- Assist in the planning and execution of leadership and talent development programs specific to the LAC region.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure these programs align with the global strategy.
Global Meeting Involvement:
- Participate in global meetings and initiatives to provide insights and contribute to the development of global strategies and best practices.
Report Generation:
- Create, update, and maintain reports related to people experience and talent development programs, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Communication Support:
- Assist in the design, content creation, and delivery of internal and external communications related to talent development.
- Ensure consistent and engaging communication strategies.
Project Management:
- Act as a project manager, helping to execute strategic projects related to talent development.
- Oversee project timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
Stakeholder Interaction:
- Collaborate with a diverse team and stakeholders from various regions to gather input and feedback on initiatives and programs.
- Content Creation and Repository Management:
- Create and curate content for regional and global talent development initiatives.
- Manage a repository of resources, documents, and training materials for easy access and reference.
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using various software and tools for report generation and content creation (Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, World and Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- A passion for talent development and improving the employee experience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (nice to have).
