What you’ll do:

                                                                                                                 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – University Alliances Strategic Partnerships for Latin America and Caribbean

Location: São Paulo, Brazil    

Expected start date: July 2024                                                                   

 

We are looking for a committed and passionate working student to support the SAP University Alliances Partners team, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and attending the whole Latin America and Caribbean Region, with the following capabilities required.

 

  • Be the first contact of new prospecting Universities and Academic partners via sapnextgen e-mail inbox management
  • Communication with SAP UA customers (professors and students) via remote calls and on-premises site visits
  • Reporting of events and customers in SAP Customer Relationship Management and SAP Cloud for Customer
  • Assist on all levels of organization of internal and external events and trainings (invitations, speaker assignment, room renting, catering, communication, security, etc)
  • Assist on running remote, hybrid and on-premises events and trainings.
  • Cross-organizational communication within the broad University Alliances Team and other SAP teams (eg HR, Events, Communications, Facilities, IT, etc)
  • Connect SAP with Universities, Customers and Partners.
  • Assist on supporting the Ibero-American SAP Next Gen Community 

 

What you bring:

 

We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • No previous job experience required.
  • A true interest in working with the educational ecosystem in Latin America and Caribbean.
  • Be currently enrolled in a Brazilian higher education institution, no preferred course.
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced Portuguese and Spanish
  • Microsoft Office 365 package
  • Can-do attitude
  • Ability to work across functions, regions and countries virtually combined with excellent interpersonal and cultural intelligence skills
