What You'll Do
As a Sales Director, you will drive revenue growth and empower sales teams in the LAC region. Your key responsibilities include:
- Setting and monitoring sales targets to align with company goals.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to build pipelines and grow revenue.
- Leading the adoption of Emarsys’ sales methodologies and best practices.
- Using Salesforce to track progress, deliver training, and provide insights.
- Delivering accurate forecasts and staying ahead of market trends.
- Coaching Account Executives on strategies to secure large deals.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales teams.
What You Bring
- Proven SaaS sales experience within a complex international organisation, managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in leadership roles and ideally within a similar tech stack.
- Successful track record in B2B selling and managing multiple teams.
- Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and opportunity management systems.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Deep knowledge of the LAC market and its unique dynamics.
