What you'll do

As a Business Processes Principal Consultant in S/4 HANA Supply Chain Management with deep expertise around EWM & MM, you will be involved in

• Application of the functional expertise for the digital transformation of our customers according to S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise
• Outline the definition of Enterprise Architecture & Solution Architecture for large / medium customer transformation journeys
• Design Customer Processes, Configuration of the system and Identification of gaps; designing custom processes
• Delivery of premium engagement remotely / onsite validation and support services
• Helping customers with complex root cause analysis and problem resolution
• High willingness to learn in the areas of new innovations around Business AI and should keep abreast of relevant new SAP features / releases
• Advocating the approach of Clean Core to our customers
• Engage with customers and engagement teams to scope solutions and build customer proposals
• Managing and leading Solution integration across various process areas
• Willingness to travel on short notice for varying durations

What you bring

• Experience in the role of SAP SCM Track lead in 5-6 End to End Implementation projects
• 4-5 years of functional experience in any of the core topics in Warehouse Management domain and more than 16 years of Consulting experience in implementing Solutions in EWM/MM on ECC & S/4HANA
• Experience of at least 8-10 E2E Implementation projects of which at least 2-3 projects should be on S/4 HANA EWM
• Deep expertise around SAP ERP EWM, WM and expert knowledge in Integration of EWM & MM with all relevant modules such as PP, SD, PM, QM, TM, etc.
• Knowledge additionally on S/4 HANA Public Cloud, Signavio, BN4L, aATP, IBP, PPDS, etc., is desirable but not mandatory
• Exposure to South Korea localization from a Supply Chain Planning & Management standpoint
• Exposure to ECC to S4HANA Conversion will be an added advantage

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives
• Readiness to travel in the range of "0-100%”

Our team has strong expertise on varied topics in S/4HANA Core ERP(FCM/SCM) and Analytics(BW/SAC/Datasphere). Also act as trusted advisors to Customers as well as to internal colleagues. Our Team has driven DSC transformation engagements to success in Korea as well as other regions. We constantly innovate and deliver solutions using the cutting-edge technologies of Business AI and take a lot of pride in ensuring customer and partner success on all engagements that we are in to. If you are up for challenging engagements on finance solutions around new technologies besides being connected with the Product Management team on a regular basis, this is the team where you belong to!

Mostly within Korea, but ready to travel for assignments within APJ or other Global Regions (short term and long term)
