About SAP STAR Program
Global Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program offers university students hands-on industry experience at SAP, the world’s leading software provider. As part of a global program across 14 countries, STAR students work on real business projects and develop professional skills. Unlike most internships, this program allows students to continue their studies at university without taking a break or needing to graduate first. Upon graduation, you will have opportunities to apply for open positions within SAP and potentially become a valued member of our team.
Education and Qualifications
Open to undergraduate and graduate students who meet the following requirements and process the core competencies listed below.

Expected to graduate in Feb. 2027, Aug. 2027, or Feb. 2028 (required)

Preferred to study in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines

Demonstrated leadership in curricular and/or extra-curricular activities

Role Overview: PC3 digital Customer Engagement Manager
The program includes a rotation system that allows you to participate in three different projects or teams within the organization. Your first rotation will be in the Cloud ERP digital Customer Engagement Manager
Global Cloud Operations (GCO) organization is a business unit responsible for providing cloud hosted infrastructure and application management services to SAP customers around the world in a 24x7 operations model. Our portfolio of private cloud solutions turns SAP products into a solution-as-a-service on customer’s preferred infrastructure, including Hyperscalers, as one SAP. The portfolio is at the center of the SAP strategy to help customers on their journey to use SAP S/4HANA and become an Intelligent Enterprise.
As part of GCO, Private Cloud Customer Center, or PC3, is an organization dedicated to managing service delivery at scale for high-volume, private cloud customers.

The Role
The digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) is responsible for E2E customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreement and services for SAP Cloud Customers of SAP Global Cloud Operations, mainly focusing on SAP S/4HANA, private cloud edition deliverables.
The dCEM oversees the customer lifecycle from the moment of contract signing, particularly customer onboarding, continuous service delivery, release and maintenance project initiation, change management and renewal support for a range of customers. The dCEM is also expected to maintain customer satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management, and helping customers maximize the value of their partnership with SAP. The dCEM manages a variety of technical and engagement aspects during the various phases of a range of customer’s lifecycle. They will work in seamless collaboration with Project Leads (PL) and SAP Global Cloud Operations internal delivery teams for the committed scope of delivery throughout the customer engagement lifecycle. This role also provides expert support in operations and facilitates the service lifecycle. PC3 consists of six Centers of Excellence (CoEs): Migration & Onboarding CoE, Change Management CoE, Go-Live CoE, Operations CoE, Escalation Management CoE, and Exception Management CoE. Selected STAR interns may be assigned to any of these six CoEs based on team requirements and the interns’ areas of interest and skill sets.

The detailed working conditions will be subject to the employment agreement

Full-time (40 hrs/week) during breaks; part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time during semesters

Flexible hours aligned with academic schedules

Eligible to apply for full-time roles after 9 months and graduation

Supports university field practicum / academic credit programs (대학 현장실습 프로그램 / 학점인정 프로그램).
