GOALS OF THE ROLE

- Introduce solutions into production smoothly while maintaining ongoing operations with minimal disruption;

- Contribute to the full cycle of different SAP intelligent products selling and delivering. - Combine the best practices in one standardized project based delivery approach; - Cover all integration aspects of the solution and ensure that root cause analysis features are fully in place; - Prepare the implemented solution to the smooth post-go-live operations. Deliver technical validation on Data consistency, Exception Management, Performance.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION /SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· Graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields

· Knowledge of industry and Basis solution is preferred

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written English.

· Experience on analysis the technical requirement for SAP systems from planning to operation including optimization, trouble shooting and etc..

· Knowledge of other platforms and applications will be an added advantage.

· Strong problem analysis and solving skill.

· Self-motivated, open minded and ability to learn new areas and technologies quickly.

· A good team player with good presentation and time management skills.

· Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of customers, partners, and colleagues

· Willingness to travel to customer sites (up to 50%), and interested in customer support oriented work with a results-oriented approach

WORK EXPERIENCE

· 0-3 development experience in SAP Basis Solution implementation project
