About Women’s Tech Academy

Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (“CoE” thereafter) focuses on value delivery for SAP's top customers, helping them increase the value of their SAP solutions and master their digital transformation.

SAP Women’s Tech Academy (“WTA” thereafter) is a CoE global initiative, targeting to advocate women in Technology driven by SAP’s Diversity&Inclusion culture. Landing at Premium Hub - CoE Greater China first, it aims to attract and hire a group of female early talents and develop them to be next top consultants through the program. With its strategic cultivation: comprehensive curriculum endorsed by global certifications, on-the-job training to obtain hands-on experience and expertise, WTA is to be the basement of growing and exporting global talents with outstanding capabilities in technical areas. Post Academy

Within the program, you will be majorly assigned to real case practices serving customers in the APJ region first. Afterwards, you will be ultimately sent on a permanent global assignment, to provide the highest quality Premium Engagement services to diverse customers around the world.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 1-3 years’ working experience in a professional setting, with SAP applications experience would be a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines; with business application knowledge or experience in such as finance and logistics would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, with German language skills would be a plus
• Have a global mindset with the flexibility to work abroad, able to thrive in a complex and constantly changing environment
• Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Resourceful self-starters with strong interpersonal skills who are eager learners
• Openness towards new emerging technologies with a 'Can Do' attitude
• Customer-centric individuals who enjoy helping others to achieve their objectives and outcomes

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Classroom or remote type learning and understanding SAP Cloud products and solutions, SAP Premium Engagement services, as well as a mix of technical and soft skill topics
• On the job training with the support of buddies and mentors
• Rotation assignments to collaborate with other teams in a global scope
• Meeting performance requirements at conclusion of each rotation
• Work on relevant services or projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality deliverables
• Demonstrate problem solving, time management, and communication skills through a range of activities done during training and on the job
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Displaying effective communication skills to handle and explain customer situations (to both business end users and SAP technical/ functional consultants)
• Adapt to knowledge on new technologies in a consistently dynamic and changing environment
