About the team:
We are CoE GC S/4 HANA Finance team, mainly drive and deliver Finance and Financial Service related services and projects, primarily focuses on assessing SAP S/4 HANA Finance and realated solutions incl. functional and technical design, performance critical processes, assessment of implemetation, monitoring during testing and GoLive, planning the digital transformation. Customer success is our top priority. Aim to help especially MaxAttention customers globally on their journey to innovation, simplification, and the Cloud.
Customer Success drives software adoption, ensuring customers implement and run what they buy whilst safeguarding maintenance and subscription. Using our expertise, we guide our customers throughout the entire lifecycle to make the benefits of digital transformation a reality, end to end.
The strength of our Centers of Expertise (CoE), as part of Customer Success, is to analyze customer solutions with 360° view on relevant components including application, database and technology, as well as engaging a strong back office support for every customer engagement, providing Expertise on Demand, instant resolution of top pain points and fast access to best practices/information plus instant quality assurance of recommendations and the improvement plan.
In the role of a business process consultant, you will work in the Center of Expertise (CoE) with focus on S/4HANA Finance module and deliver services for every aspect of customers' software implementation, transformation or upgrade project, as well as on operations, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer.
What you'll do:
- Support local and international key accounts through whole lifecycle of projects by delivering onsite and/or remote services, e.g., business analysis, risk assessments, technical and functional business process improvement, and system operations.
- Ability to provide blueprint and functional design by identifying and understanding customer requirements; Testing and debugging of applications based on test cases; Manage critical customer situations.
- Participate in onsite and remote service delivery for customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S. and Latin America.
- Optimize SAP solutions through continuous improvements over a product’s lifecycle.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to SAP employees and customers.
Experience expected:
- Computer science or Financial Management related Major (bachelor or above)
- At least 5 years of work experience in SAP Finance and related fields
- 3 above full project cycles for SAP functional implementation on SAP S4HANA FI/CO Area
- S/4 Finance project team lead / PM experience will be better
- Fluent English writing and speaking
- Knowledge on overall SAP solution and business process
- Excellent bilingual (English/Chinese) communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas through both technical terminology and layperson-friendly explanations.
- Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated
- Very high commitment to fight under big pressure
- Active working attitude, hardworking and ambitious will be better
- Good Team player, communication and customer facing
- Flexible to work aboard for a certain period or travel in local China (50-70%) or other countries (like US or Europe).
