About the team

The Support Experience Process & Innovation Office (SEPIO) within the Global Post Sales Processes Organization (GPSP) as part of the Global Performance Organization (GPO) is supporting SAPs customer support organizations to run their business and deliver market leading support experience. Our set of tasks consist of driving harmonization and innovation of support infrastructure and processes, providing project management skills and supporting with expertise in the underlying data and last not least establishing performance measurement capabilities. 

 

What you'll do:

You will join the Support Data Governance & Experience team of SEPIO with the two virtual groups “Data Governance & Innovative Usage” and “Data Experience & Analytical Operationalization”. In this team we are focusing to support reliable customer support master data as well as enabling performance measurement by providing leading analytical data representation.

 

With your contribution to providing superior analytical solutions you will support the enablement of the business to execute on appropriate performance measurement and taking decisions to steer the customer support business.

 

In this role, you'll:

  • Working with the business as well as the technical teams to design and implement SAP analytics solutions based on SAP HANA
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Model and implement solutions within SAP HANA
  • Closely collaborate with business contacts and stakeholder, technical experts within IT and development

Required skills

  • Strong knowledge of database architecture and definitions
  • Strong knowledge in database modeling and programming as well as SQL scripting
  • Knowledge in developing analytical solution such as dashboards or reports
  • Ability to provide high level and detail estimates for implementation and realization
  • Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills
  • Very passionate about learning new technologies and understanding of business users’ expectations
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong communication skills and good English skills - written and verbal
  • Can work minimum 3 days a week for at least 6 months
