What you'll do:

 You will work in a scrum team to:

• Support VT hiring – screen application; organize and track relevant data; support tele-interview; coordinate online assessment and onsite interview, etc.
• Support VT training design and delivery – coordinate the logistics arrangement; onsite training support; data analysis and tracking, etc.
• Support VT routine operational work

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in HR or related is an advantage
• Being able to communicate in English
• Responsible and proactive
• A real team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.
• Working experience is an advantage
• 2027 Graduates are preferred, can work minimum 3 days a week onsite in Shanghai for at least 6 months and prefer 1 year above

SAP Vocational Training is a SAP talent program, recruiting, training, developing and incorporating high quality and high initiative SAP employees. Now we are looking for a 6-month intern to support the end-to-end process, including new batch hiring, onboarding, training and operational work.
