What you will do

As a data-driven solutions team we are looking for a senior product specialist that helps us to manage a number of machine learning services and maintains partnerships with internal customers and partners to drive the end-to-end implementation of our services into internal and external business processes to redefine the customer support experience. Daily tasks include communication, stakeholder management, portfolio management and related follow-ups. Managing and maintaining roadmaps are increasingly important.

What you bring

Education and qualifications/ Skills and competencies

• University degree in business and technology related fields
• Practical project management or product management experience.
• Technically savvy and familiar with machine learning and data-driven challenges.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with agile ways of working.
• Experience in working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to learn new concepts and technologies
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player

Preferred skills

• Technical experience in working with data.
• Conceptual understanding of cloud native technologies.

Work experinece

Three to Five years of work experience in a product manager role preferably for data-centric products.
