SAP Project Program Manager that the candidate need to experience on SAP platform and major on S/4 HANA , S/4 HANA STE or MTE , SF , BW/4 , SAC related build services management over 5 years and has been be a module consultant are preferred.

 

 

–manage large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors

–provide leadership to the overall team structure responsible for delivering the Project

–can motivate the teams to make them work effectively together

–manage the team to perform project activities in accordance to SAP Methodology, Quality Standards, Reporting and Governance frameworks

–reinforces the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned and best practices development, and through active contribution to Regional Communities and Practices

–communicate effectively, clearly, concisely and frequently to avoid surprises or unexpected escalations

–knows how, when, and why to deploy specific project management disciplines at different phases of the project or program

–can work efficiently and do not “re-invent the wheel” by using specific tools and templates using SAP PM best practices

In short, you create an environment to allow all project team members to ‘do what they have to do’ in order to make the project or program a success!

–can get client trust and win the repeat-buy business from account.

 

Additional skills in the following areas are pleased useful:

Content area related:

–SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP C/4HANA, SAP Leonardo

–SAP Cloud solutions (SuccessFactors, Callidus, Concur, Ariba) and SAP Cloud Platform Methodology & tools related:

Ø   SAP Activate, Solution Manager 7.2, Cloud ALM

Ø   Integrated delivery of on premise and could solutions incl.hybrid scenarios

Ø   MS Project, PtD, other SAP internal tools

–Service / Engagement related:

Ø   Use of SAP Model Company

Ø   Premium engagement delivery-based knowledge

Ø   Project Management certifications related: CAPM, PMP, SAP Activate, etc.

Ø   Interpersonal skills / mindset shift:

Ø   Cloud approach and innovation mind-set

Ø   Communications Skills, Scrum and Design Thinking concepts
