The SIX Key Stakeholder Management Team is dedicated to managing cross-SIX topics for both internal and external audiences. As a team of storytellers, we bridge the gap between diverse stakeholders to craft a cohesive and impactful brand narrative that represents our organization and leadership team. Through close collaboration with Andre Bechtold’s leadership team, we ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and take the lead in developing high-level storylines, keynote presentations for key events, and engaging content for social media channels.

Expectations & Tasks
We are seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist based in the APJ region to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will ensure that our strategic initiatives and achievements are effectively amplified across both internal and external audiences across the globe.
You will focus on executive-level social media engagement, driving visibility and thought leadership for SAP’s leadership team. Additionally, you will advocate for Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) values, ensuring these principles are integrated into all internal and external communications.
A key part of this role will also be acting as a liaison between our teams in the APJ region and SAP’s headquarters in Walldorf, Germany, facilitating communication and alignment across regions. The candidate should preferrably be able to communicate in English, German and Mandrin.
You main tasks include:
· Collaborate with global leadership and teams to understand key priorities and transform them into clear, targeted communication and enablement strategies that drive alignment and impact.
· Develop compelling, multi-channel content (social media, internal SharePoint, etc.) that supports our strategic messaging, ensuring leadership visibility on platforms like LinkedIn while amplifying SIX’s key initiatives, innovations, and thought leadership.
· Lead and manage internal Center Stage sessions, creating meaningful opportunities for stakeholders to engage with leadership on critical topics such as organizational updates, innovations, and strategic initiatives.
· Organize and drive D&I-focused initiatives, curating content and internal activities that promote Diversity & Inclusion, ensuring these values remain a central focus in our culture.
What you will bring:
· Master’s degree in Communications, or a related field, preferred.
· Experience working in a global environment, ideally in german-speaking countries.
· Fluency in English, German, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
· 2+ years of proven experience in communications, stakeholder and community engagement, or brand storytelling, preferably within a global or corporate context.
· Demonstrated experience in moderating internal sessions (e.g., Center Stage events or similar programs), driving engagement and fostering meaningful conversations.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling messages.
· A genuine passion for Diversity & Inclusion, with hands-on experience in creating and promoting D&I content and initiatives that contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.
