Role Overview:
The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Business Process Consultant is responsible for leading the project planning and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors services. This role involves working closely with customers, sales, pre-sales and other service delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of implementation, optimization, and support projects. The Senior Business Process Consultant will drive business growth, will collaborate with internal stakeholders and will ensure quality in delivering SuccessFactors service engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, business objectives, and how SAP SuccessFactors can address their HR challenges.
• Serve as the module leader during project engagements, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of the Projects.
2. Service Delivery & Project Management:
• Deliver SAP SuccessFactors projects, ensuring they meet quality of the solution and timeline expectations.
• Provide ongoing guidance to clients on best practices for leveraging SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration, integration, and extension.
• Manage risk and scope changes while ensuring project objectives are met.
3. Business Development & Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the services sales team to support new business opportunities related to SuccessFactors services.
• Create and deliver proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and project estimates that align with client needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales team during the sales cycle for complex deals to help position SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support overall engagements and help position SAP in new areas like Business AI in the region.
5. Self Development:
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and professional development.
• Imbibe a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the SAP SuccessFactors services team.
6. Product Expertise:
• Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and best practices in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or HR technology, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors services.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations or optimizations from start to finish.
• Previous experience in a business management or client-facing leadership role is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, including deep understanding of inter-related processes like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking.
• Desirable to have Knowledge of solution architecture and/or other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Learning, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with clients and internal teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 149000 - 298000(SGD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
