Summary & Role Information

 

  • Responsible for managing alliances across the region considering the different type of partnerships 
  • Responsible for influenced and indirect revenue for the region
  • Develop and execute partner strategy regionally, aligned with the main stake holders per region
  • Support to alliances executives focus on GSSP & VARs considering the challenges and different needs
  • Sharing best practices across region
  • Keep strategic alignment with Partner Edge organization in terms of commercialization, strategy, and transformation
  • Keep the GSSP business active across the quarter, across the year. Focus on the regional strategy considering this investment take time and always aligned with the GSSP global strategy.
  • Keep the volume business machine ON – VAR Business
  • Keep Partners in “partner lead” mode – generate real incremental value
  • Act as Executive Sponsor for strategic deals, when necessary
  • Encourage and grow existing GSSP & VAR activities as well as establishing new ones strategic where possible
  • Work with partners to define and build business initiatives that will create uniqueness and incremental opportunities for SAP
  • Ensure an engagement model within Partners and SAP to strengthen business dynamic including establishing a global governance
  • Motivate and support partner lead opportunities
  • Evaluate effectiveness of partner global programs and improves upon them
  • Take & develop some strategic projects when necessary

 

Profile

 

  • + 10 years of experience managing alliances or selling software solutions in a B2B environment
  • Ability to negotiate, structure maintain partnerships
  • Experience developing channel partnerships with consultants and resellers
  • Solid Coaching and Leadership skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
