PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

Map and Manage the process for post sales communication for SAP SuccessFactors.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

Map the stakeholders & process for sending out post sale communication to SF Customers.

Work with stakeholders & agency to execute the communication as per timelines

Study the competitive landscape and recommend a multi-touch customer engagement program for SuccessFactors.

 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

Singapore Management University, International Business/Marketing Degree

Knowledge and understanding of marketing principles.

Understanding of customer marketing and its application

Demonstrate project management & execution skills.
