What you'll do

As a SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and work according to specifications and project plans
• Be part of global IT business technology team and work on large complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high quality results / technical solutions
• Consult team members on SuccessFactors processes, data structure, standard capabilities, APIs and integrations
• Build end-to-end solutions based on business process requirements and help to integrate them into AI solutions and Automations
• Design and support proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions
• Apply Software Development Life Cycle methodologies like Agile and participate in development life cycle activities like design, coding, testing and production release

What you bring

• Bachelor or Master's in computer science or related field
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in SuccessFactors project implementation and maintenance
• Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
• Hands-on experience in MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Associations, Integration Center, ISC, SuccessFactors APIs
• Software Engineering and hands-on experience on SAP CPI would be an added plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions, ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
• Desire and ability to work in an international fast-paced environment
• Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions and technology
• Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
