The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 1400 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and has recently welcomed new teams focusing on business applications. Under the umbrella of SAP Runs SAP, the Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) organization brings SAP's business transformation to life by successfully implementing and running SAP’s own standard software portfolio. IES functions as a role model for the intelligent, sustainable enterprise, performing at the core of the SAP value chain, influencing product strategy and development while delivering customer-centric products and solutions at a shorter time-to-market for business success.  As a part of IES, the Experience Engineering team is tasked with ideating, developing, and supporting over 40 native mobile and web applications for SAP’s 100K+ employees. The team consists of 20 frontend and backend developers, designers, quality assurance and testing engineers, support engineers, students, and operations engineers. 

Our team is looking for a scrum master who is passionate about developing cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will be the scrum master of multiple scrum teams who are building internal mobile and web applications for our employees, helping them to be more productive and efficient in their daily lives through our solutions.

Tech You Bring

• A holistic view of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in respect to cloud-based web and mobile applications
• Experience being a scrum master in a software development team.
• Operating multiple projects in a geographically and culturally diverse team
• Knowledge of the SAFe framework and Agile Methodologies
• Good understanding of client-backend architecture in a web and mobile context
• Understanding of team dynamics, communication and contributing to an agile organization
• Coach team members in Agile methodologies and opportunities.
• Support Product owners in providing transparency and progression.
• Helping and guiding other team members with your experience and knowledge

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of managing multiple scrum teams in a agile setup
• Good analytical, people and project management with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to be self motivated, ambitious and collaborative in a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret, contribute and follow technical plans
• Be a personable, motivating and supportive group leader
• Experience with tools such as Jira and knowledge of DevOps
• Nice benefit would be experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
