The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. What you'll do

We are looking for a passionate Junior Developer for our team in Sofia to work on exciting global projects. In this role: 

• You will gain valuable insights into critical Business Processes while engaging directly with our large customer base. 

• You will be involved in the full software development cycle, from discussing requirements with our stakeholders, over design, implementation, quality assurance, customer support to bug fixing. 

• Additionally, you will work closely with experts to build domain knowledge and technical skills. 

• You will pioneer the integration of modern AI capabilities and actively shaping the infusion of Generative AI features right from the beginning. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact and be part of a groundbreaking journey. 

• Furthermore, you will have the chance to learn and become an expert in the SAP BTP ABAP Environment, a cutting-edge Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering for ABAP Cloud Development. 

• You will work with SAP Integration Suite to integrate cloud-based processes, services, applications, events and data. 

What you bring

If you are self-driven and flexible, you are a perfect fit for our team. Further role requirements are:  

• Degree in Engineering / Computer science or equivalent subject   

• Good knowledge about object-oriented design and programming  

• Knowledge about database systems, SQL and relational database. 

• High motivation to become an excellent developer in ABAP, which is SAP’s default programing language and development environment. 

• Goal-oriented team player with good communication skills.  

• Language - English (written and verbal)
