The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. What you’ll do

• Designing and execute the integration of innovative features and functionalities across various web, in-memory, and cloud technologies.
• Adhering to project timelines and task commitments, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Engaging in Agile development methodologies to foster efficient collaboration and iterative development cycles.
• Collaborating effectively within the implementation team, actively contributing to team successes through task ownership and proactive participation.
• Demonstrating adeptness in resolving technical challenges amidst time constraints and high-pressure scenarios.
• Enhancing user experiences by crafting intuitive and user-centric interfaces, prioritizing accessibility and interactivity, while maintaining enterprise-level standards in backend services.
• Utilizing UI JavaScript frameworks, HTML, JavaScript, Node.js, and CSS to translate concepts into functional designs.
• Developing and managing both frontend and backend services to ensure seamless operation.
• Overseeing software workflow to maintain project efficiency and alignment with objectives.
• Crafting well-structured code that emphasizes readability and maintainability.
• Contributing to SAP Build Work Zone projects, facilitating the creation of user-friendly business sites with centralized access to essential application information across various devices

What you bring

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a known institution.
• Experience in Web technologies development experience (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc).
• Experience in UI frameworks. (Advantage to React or SAP’s UI5)
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less
• Experience with micro-services architecture and infrastructure technologies, e.g. DBs, Networking, Redis etc.
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable in working with branches, merging code, and resolving conflicts.
• Enthusiastic about quickly acquiring proficiency in new technologies.
• Fluent in English, with effective communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset coupled with exceptional execution capabilities.
