What you`ll do:

Summary:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Provisioning CoE. You will be responsible to define and evolve the customer onboarding journey for all SAP cloud solutions.

You will directly contribute to the success of our corporate strategy by ensuring a harmonized Suite First experience, putting the customer at the center, and enabling a seamless up-sell/cross-sell experience.

The Role:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving significant change in how we deliver our cloud solutions to our customers. With an in-depth understanding of our company ambitions and strategy, you will ensure that we outperform the customer and product onboarding experience of our competition and establish SAP as the gold standard.

You will gain an understanding of technical boundary conditions and always keep the customer business requirements front and center. You will establish a strong network within the various products across the company and evangelize our strategy and ambitions. You will drive change across our stakeholders (application teams and service provider teams).

What you bring:

You have strong communication skills, can navigate through very complex environments, and can translate between engineering and product teams. You have already gained experience with cloud solutions and have a solid understanding of business software (ERP, CRM).

You excel in challenging projects and have great problem-solving skills. You can moderate conflicts by leading without authority. You know first-hand how to get execution done by being flexible in the details and stubborn on the vision.

• BA/MA/Diploma in a technical field of study;
• 10+ years of experience in product management roles;
• Very strong analytical thinking: ability to structure problems and lead the solutioning process;
• Demonstrated ability to share and communicate ideas to executive staff, technical resources, and other key constituents in clear, concise language;
• Prior experience working in one or multiple of SAP’s product areas is a strong advantage;
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.

Meet your team:

The newly founded Provisioning CoE team significantly reduce time-to-value (TTV), improve customers' unboxing experience satisfaction, and drive tangible improvement across all the involved tools and processes concerning the PE applications portfolio. The team will define and drive the execution of a PE North Star strategy for consumption, provisioning and integration, putting customers in the center and lowering their bar for entry, from contract signature to go-live
