Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (3 days per week office attendance is mandatory)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and creative intern to help improve our End User Feedback Program. As an intern, you’ll work closely with different teams to analyze, synthesize, and present user insights that will directly shape how we improve our products and services. This is your chance to use your critical thinking skills and creativity to turn raw feedback into actionable insights.
You’ll be part of a team that’s accelerating our research practices and making a real impact across the company. You’ll help create and implement smart strategies, processes for repeatable success, and scalable systems that allow us to act on feedback more efficiently. Your Responsibilities
- Gather and Analyze End User Feedback:
-Solicit and collect user feedback from UX business teams across the organization
-Identify and implement process enhancement workflows, advocating for best practices
- Synthesize Insights:
-Organize and synthesize input from all lines of business into clear, actionable insights that are easily understandable and relevant to stakeholders
- Generate Reports:
-Create and maintain detailed reports and summaries of findings
-Drive creation of an executive-level summary of feedback findings, highlighting key themes, challenges, and outcomes for broader company distribution
- Creative Problem Solving:
-Identify new, creating ways to showcase user feedback and improve the reporting loop. Help design scalable processes for gathering and analyzing information
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in business, research, design, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Word or similar).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and strategically, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex feedback into actionable insights.
- Creative Problem Solving: Innovative approach to feedback collection and process improvement. Ability to think outside the box and suggest creative solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content.
- Fluency in English
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for creative storytelling.
