What you’ll do:


Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (office attendance 3 times a week is mandatory)
Start date: April 1, 2025

Contract lenght: 6 months

Student status is mandatory

 

Role Overview

 

As an SAP Solution Support iXp Intern, you will play a key role in assisting customers by troubleshooting technical and functional issues within the SAP Fieldglass application. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to analyze and resolve issues, provide procedural consulting, and ensure seamless customer support.

Additionally, you will engage directly with customers via phone, chat, and email, diagnosing problems and ensuring a smooth, efficient resolution process. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Your contributions will directly improve customer satisfaction, support efficiency, and issue resolution time, helping SAP customers optimize their business processes. By assisting in support strategy improvements and troubleshooting critical issues, you will gain real-world experience that drives measurable impact for both customers and SAP.


 

What You Bring

 

Educational Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Position Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of SAP products and business processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest or experience working with SQL (writing queries, analyzing data).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, chat, or email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to analyze system logs and error codes.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript will be considered as a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud-based applications and enterprise software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A team-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
