PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Cloud & Lifecycle Management organization designs and implements the infrastructure to handle the requirements of the rapidly growing SAP Cloud Business.  We are implementing the automation of delivering the whole portfolio of SAP Software to our customers, also we automate the process on update/upgrade and decommission of our software. We work with the latest cloud native technologies and we have solutions both in Cloud and On-Premise.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are seeking for a User Experience (UX) Designer intern to join our dynamic team.  You will take part in shaping the user experience of our products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and developing innovative design solutions. You will be part of the teams working on the core lifecycle management components for SAP’s cloud business. Our team is fully responsible for the automation, orchestration and scalability of various lifecycle management operations. Our customers are among the biggest and successful companies in the world. You will get the opportunity to work with most trending technologies, in a highly motivated team, established from young talents as well as experienced professionals.

 

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high/low-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of designs.
  • Ensure consistency and usability across different platforms and devices.
  • Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills

  • Student in  UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience or willingness to learn UX design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English

 

Advantage:

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Experience with various cloud platforms and cloud development environments

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
