Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (office attendance 3 times a week is mandatory)
Workload: around 20 hours per week

About the Role
SAP’s Design team is at the forefront of creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences for millions of end-users worldwide. The SAP User Research Panel plays a key role in this mission by connecting SAP’s end users with product team to gather valuable insights that shape the future of SAP products. By joining this team, you will contribute to making enterprise software more accessible, efficient, and impactful.
Are you passionate about video production, storytelling, and user research? Join SAP’s Research Foundation‘s team as a Intern – Video Content Creator to help promote the SAP User Research Panel! In this role, you will create engaging promotional videos that encourage users to participate in research, highlighting the value of their contributions in shaping SAP products.
Your Responsibilities
- Create compelling video content to promote the SAP User Research Panel across multiple channels (e.g., website, social media, internal platforms).
- Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to translate research stories into engaging video narratives.
- Edit and enhance video content, ensuring high-quality visuals, clear messaging, and alignment with SAP’s branding guidelines.
- Optimise video formats for different platforms, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve outreach and increase panel participation.
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in media, communications, design, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of filming techniques and visual storytelling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus).
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for creative storytelling.
