What you'll do
In your role as a Development Support intern for SAP Cloud Identity Services, you will be responsible to:
- Analyze, evaluate and resolve complex issues of customers and SAP internal stakeholders
- Communicate with customers in a considerate and professional manner, clearly and politely providing highly valued remote services and consulting
- Work hand-in-hand with development team to improve quality.
- Follow up on the resolved incidents, that prevents or minimize the likelihood of reporting the same problem by a different customer.
- Actively develop product knowledge, strive to become expert in the SAP Cloud Identity Services, and work to enhance support processes within the team.
- Take responsibility for understanding in deep details product scenarios and development processes.
- Implement and propose solutions and/or workarounds of the reported issues
What you bring
Are you analytical, self-motivated, and enjoy problem solving? Do you have interest or experience in a Customer Support or Development Support role?
If this sounds like you, do you also bring:
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English
- Interest or experience in a customer facing role
- Strong commitment to quality
- You are currently enrolled in University studies
Optional requirements:
- Experience in working with REST clients
- Any knowledge in software security concepts and protocols
- Knowledge of any programming language (preferably Java)
