Position title: SAP iXp Intern – User Experience Designer

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Time schedule: 40 hours per week

Expected start date to end date: 15th January 2025 - 14th July 2025

What you’ll do:

• Supporting the Web Design System team in all aspects of establishing and evolving the SAP Web Design System
• Collaborating closely with application design teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Creating design specifications for components based on specific requirements
• Presenting designs, gathering feedback, and incorporating changes accordingly
• Participating and preparing usability testing (i.e. developing prototypes)
• Providing guideline articles explaining the use of different components and patterns
• Ensuring that designs meet product standards (i.e. WCAG 2.2)
• Collaborating closely with our Web Design System team both onsite and remotely   

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currently enrolled at the accredited University
• Understand and have experience in applying the entire design process
• Have a comprehensive understanding of Figma 
• Have experience in creating design for components and patterns
• Capable of designing user-focused elements that propel an intuitive experience 
• Are detail-oriented and structured in your approach to work
• Have a basic knowledge about code (i.e. CSS, HTML and JavaScript is a plus)  
• Good communication skills and a positive self-motivated, can-do attitude.
• Work well in a diverse and global team as well as independently.
• Language skills: Fluent in English and Bulgarian
