The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 2000 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and business applications. Most recently, SAP Labs Bulgaria expanded in the topics of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. What you’ll build

 

  • You’ll implement integration designs and runbooks across identity, email, files, collaboration, and office networks to onboard our new colleagues quickly and safely. 
  • You’ll support in execution of migration wave plans with pilots, validation steps, dashboards, KPIs, and safe rollback paths, with a strong focus on Jira/Confluence and mail/file migrations. 
  • You’ll be supporting the Atlassian projects migration with UAT, cutover playbooks—and lead post-cutover stabilization. 
  • You’ll be supporting the SSO transitions from third‑party IdPs (e.g., Google/Okta) to Microsoft Entra ID or internal providers 
  • You’ll contribute to office network standardization with site readiness assessments, addressing/VLAN plans, firewall/proxy changes, Wi‑Fi/controller cutovers.
  • You’ll create reusable SOPs, checklists, and templates to automate readiness, validation, reporting, and reduce repeat effort.

 

What you bring

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure/ end user computing / collaboration and good understanding in office network transformations and Atlassian Jira/Confluence migrations / usage.
  • Networking experience: hands-on LAN/WAN rebuilds, IP renumbering and routing fundamentals
  • Jira/Confluence experience (hands-on): such as Cloud and Data Center to Cloud and Cloud-to-Cloud consolidation; permission/workflow alignment; issue/field mapping; Marketplace app assessment; sandbox/UAT; cutover execution and stabilization
  • Identity and SSO nice to have experience with Google/Okta to Microsoft Entra ID or internal IdPs; 
  • Mail, files, and coexistence: nice to have hands-on Google ↔ M365 email migrations (including Exchange Online basics and staged/cutover patterns),  hands-on experience with SharePoint/OneDrive and Google Drive moves
  • Delivery discipline: runbook creation, wave scheduling, risk/dependency tracking, change records, and coordination with network, security, and support teams during cutovers
