What you’ll do

Join a hands‑on engineering team building agentic, GenAI‑powered CI/CD tools that help SAP HANA Cloud engineers ship faster and safer—from commit to production.

• Design, build, and operate AI‑assisted CI/CD tooling—from prototype to production—to boost release speed and confidence.
• Implement and optimize pipelines and automations (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) with reliability, scalability, and security in mind.
• Add telemetry, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks to track agent accuracy, performance, and robustness.
• Contribute through code reviews, clear documentation, and technical leadership across teams.
• Partner with database engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and measure impact.
• Stay current on GenAI, agentic patterns, and CI/CD best practices, and share learnings with the team.

What you bring

• University degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and solid engineering fundamentals (design, version control, testing, code reviews).
• Proficiency with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and experience designing and tuning pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux).
• Exposure to GenAI/LLMs and agentic system patterns; understanding of prompt/context engineering and MCP servers; ability to learn new tech quickly.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cline), including skills, workflows, and multi‑agent orchestration.
• Understanding of QA and evaluation techniques for AI systems, including testing non‑deterministic outputs. Experience with end‑to‑end ML lifecycle platforms (e.g., MLflow).
