The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 1400 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and has recently welcomed new teams focusing on business applications. What you'll do 

• As a Product Designer, you will be crucial in creating user-centric designs that meet market needs and exceed user expectations. From initial ideation and concept development through to final execution and optimization, your work will revolve around all stages of the product design and development process. 
• Translating research insights into actionable design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborating with UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to iterate on design solutions and implement user-centric design strategies. Conducting ongoing usability testing and assessment, making real-time adjustments to optimize the product design.
• Crafting compelling visual designs that enhance usability, readability, and accessibility.
• Advocating for the user, ensuring that the final design solution aligns with user needs, desires, and behaviors.
• Participating actively in design reviews, providing and receiving feedback and proposed solutions from team members. 

What you bring 

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Your portfolio reflects your experience as a product designer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 
• Ability to translate user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives into clean, intuitive, and functional designs. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a must.
• A basic understanding of the cloud developer domain is a plus.
