The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. What you`ll do:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer / Information Architect to join our team.

To ensure an easy understanding and usage of SAP’s CI/CD offerings, high-quality and easy to understand user assistance is key. The ideal candidate would have a solid background in writing software documentation, particularly within the field of pipelines and CI/CD. Your primary duty will be to enhance and streamline our internal pipeline library's documentation, by restructuring content, rewriting it to be use-case oriented, identifying gaps, and crafting relevant examples and how-tos.

• Enhance clarity, conciseness, and effectiveness of our internal pipeline library documentation.

• Reorganize the information structure to prioritize usability and accessibility.

• Create task-oriented, user-friendly content with an emphasis on use case scenarios.

• Identify gaps in existing content and work on filling them with relevant and comprehensive information.

• Develop clear and concise how-tos, examples, and other support materials.

• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product details and usability.

• Ensure all documentation meet company’s standard of quality, is congruent with product specifications, and targets the user correctly.

What you bring:

• Proven work experience as a Senior Technical Writer, Information Architect, or in a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or technical writing.

• Familiarity with pipeline concepts and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).

• Skilled in structuring and organizing complex technical content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to translate complex technical jargon into user-friendly texts.

• Adept at working independently and as part of a virtual and remote team.

• Proficiency with technical writing software/tools.
