Product Designer with Research Focus

What you'll do: As a Product Designer with a research focus, you will play a key role in creating user-centric designs that meet market needs and exceed user expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining research objectives and developing research plans.
• Conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Translating research insights into design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Communicating research findings to stakeholders to drive product enhancements.
• Tracking user behavior and sentiments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Providing input into user personas, journeys, and wireframes based on research.
• Advocating for the user, ensuring that the final design solution aligns with user needs, desires, and behaviors.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
• A portfolio reflecting your experience as a product designer and researcher.
• Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies.
• Ability to translate user needs into functional designs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Basic understanding of the cloud developer domain is a plus.
