What you will do

As Server Management Security specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• E2E Linux (SUSE and RHEL) OS administration, Incident and Escalation handling etc.
• Configuring cloud storage, networking, and security functionalities.
• Security Patch Management, Vulnerability Remediation on OS layers
• Support Production critical infrastructures
• Rolling out solutions/tools (TrendMicro, Ansible, BMC etc.) in product development infrastructure.
• Experience working any one Hyperscalers (GCP or AWS or Azure).
• Assisting in demo, POC, support activities, and actively learning on the job.
• Work in projects involving global teams.

What you need to bring

• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent education
• 5-7 years of professional experience as an engineer and technical leader.
• Extensive expertise with Linux based systems and Linux architecture.
• Any Certifications on SUSE/RHEL Linux OS Administration and Architecture.
• Experience in handling security management tools like Tenable, BMC, TrendMicro etc.
• Any OS security handling certifications are added advantage.
• Strong in fundamentals including Networking, Security, OS concepts, Virtualisation etc.
• Hands on skills in Trouble shooting Development/Production systems.
• Experience on Shell and Python scripting.
• Flexible, dependable, self-starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies.
• Fluency both written and spoken in English
