What you`ll do:

The CLM AM A&A UI Services Team designs and implements full-stack SAPUI5 Applications and Dashboards to handle the requirements of the rapidly growing SAP Cloud Business. The portfolio includes a variety of internal Dashboards, as well as a set of SAP4Me Applications for SAP Cloud customers.

The focus of internal Dashboards is to consolidate and present the complex processes distributed across multiple tools in SAP Cloud Fulfillments at a central tool in a user-friendly manner, thereby supporting operations and increasing efficiency.

In the customer facing SAP4Me universe, we develop a variety of applications to provide SAP Cloud customers with maximum transparency about their services and landscape in one central place in a delightful manner.

As a UX Designer in this product owner team, your task is to oversee the frontend development process from requirement engineering to delivery and to shape it from a user experience perspective. Due to the complex domain of our applications, close collaboration with stakeholders from around the world and the development team is necessary. After elaborating the requirements and creating wireframes/mockups, there are feedback cycles during the UI development that need to be guided from a UX perspective. Additionally, we offer UX design services outside our teams when needed.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of experience in UX design for digital products or services.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq Adobe XD or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills, with an emphasis on user-centered design solutions.
