What you'll do
SAP SuccessFactors is a world-leading provider of cloud human experience management (HCM). Working on the SAP SuccessFactors team means making an impact on over 160 million global users.
The central Web UI Team delivers and supports UI platform capabilities, implements business experiences in core HCM e.g. Time Management and supports full stack developers in UI development. Therefore, you have the unique opportunity to grow in business knowledge and technology excellence.
As a (Junior) UI Developer (d/f/m), you’ll work closely with our design and development teams to bring interfaces to life. You’ll help create engaging, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces across our solution. You will join our highly collaboratively working team of experienced UI developers.
You will participate in the development of new features, from idea to implementation.

What you bring
- Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / Typescript
- Experience using UI frameworks, such as jQuery, Angular, React (with Flux or Redux), Vue, and SAP UI5
- Experience in testing with QUnit, Karma, OPA, Jest, Cypress
- Working knowledge of API fundamentals and experience consuming REST / ODataV4 API.
- Familiarity with UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) is a plus.
- Strong eye for design details, with a passion for delivering a great user experience.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and have good German language skills.
- We’ll provide you with all the training and support necessary for a smooth start.
