YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Your future role involves delivery of technical and application services within Premium Engagements with customers. You need very good skills and capabilities in SAP Project System, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and related applications. You are a decent problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. According to your experience, strengths and customer needs, you will conduct some of the following tasks:
- Analyze highly complex business processes including root cause analysis and optimization in heterogenous system landscapes with focus on PS, PPM on prem and in the cloud.
- Together with other experts deliver remote and onsite services for global customers supporting with system optimization, conceptual planning as well as empowering the customers with newest best practice knowledge.
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
- Design and implement solutions based on S/4HANA PS, PPM and other modules and applications in S/4HANA and Industry Cloud applications around those.
- Assist in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines.
- Be a team player, building up strong networks within SAP and working collaboratively and passionately with others (this is one of the key cornerstones for our success).
- Become a team lead for service delivery teams and escalation teams taking over more responsibility when your expertise level allows it.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) with skills in at least one of the following solution areas:
- Project System (PS) module know how.
- Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) on SAP S/4HANA on premise and/ or EPPM in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Proven project and implementation/ customizing experience in Project System, Portfolio and Project Management and/or Commercial Project Management in ECC or S/4HANA.
- Proven expertise/ delivery of EPPM (PS, PPM or CPM) designs, Fit-To-Standard Workshops, implementations.
- Ideally troubleshooting experience in EPPM area: performance optimization, debugging, short dump analyzing or related skills.
- Optional: experience S/4HANA Cloud for Projects, Resource Management or Enterprise Project Connection (EPC).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Support or Consulting in one of the expertise areas mentioned above.
- Practical experience in managing customers, SAP implementation projects, service deliveries and/or project management.
- Good communication skills with a convincing and friendly appearance.
- High-quality service mindset and the capability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Generic programming Skills in ABAP.
- Minimum of B2 in English and German is a must.

As member of the CoE Supply Chaing Management you will work with SAP’s premium customers. Our team primarily focuses on and planning the digital transformation, assessing SAP solutions incl. functional and technical design, performance critical processes, assessment of implementation and upgrades, monitoring during testing and GoLive. You are a part of a highly motivated and diverse team with colleagues from 10 nations.
