What you’ll do
We are looking for a motivated and highly skilled Business Processes Associate Consultant with a focus on innovative Marketing and Communication to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a proven track record of developing and executing effective communication strategies for our target audiences using a multitude of channels and tactics – from brand and thought leadership over events to social media and Public Relations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in communication tools and methodologies and a common understanding of IT Technologies. 

 

In this role you will:

1. Communication Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and story lines that align with the organization's goals and objectives. 
  • Conduct audience analysis to tailor it for various stakeholder groups. 

 

2. Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and proofread content for various platforms including websites, newsletters, press releases, social media, and internal communications. 
  • Collaborate with the different CoE teams to produce engaging and relevant content that enhances brand visibility and reputation. 

 

3. Organize. Develop and drive internal and external communications:

  • Develop and maintain ongoing/weekly knowledge  and roll-out sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute trainings and other media materials.

 

4. Internal Communications Plan:

  • Develop and implement CoE internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate closely with other communication experts in other CoE teams or LoBs.

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, International management/marketing focus or a related field.
  • Track record of experience in a communication role, with a demonstrated ability to create and implement effective communication strategies incl. develop appealing content and storylines.
  • First practical marketing and communications experiences – preferably at various companies and across various disciplines (e.g. field marketing, sponsorships, content production, events) and in international working environments
  • Strong understanding of various communication platforms, including social media, digital content creation, and traditional media.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German required (native speaker or equivalent level)”
