We support SAP customers in managing the Application Lifecycle through all phases from Requirements through Build, Test and deploy to production.
SAP Customer Success - Intelligent Delivery Group (IDG) offers comprehensive Engineering Services for each aspect of customers’ ALM project implementation including knowledge transfer. The Business Processes Consultant adopts the key methodologies of Solution Support through a holistic engagement. This engagement involves the need to understand the core business process, the end-to-end customer solution and system landscape. This role will be based in the Center of Expertise (CoE) in Sankt Leon Rot, Germany, an established organization supporting the largest companies running SAP in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

ABOUT THE TEAM 

 

  • We are a multi-location (FR, DE, HU) technical team from 10+ countries which can engage customers worldwide in 20+ languages. We collaborate closely together and work as one when needed. The key topic areas include: Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) : Business Process Management (process documentation), Test Management, Change Management, Deployments, System & Business Process Monitoring, Alerting, and ALM methodologies.
  • Deliver ALM / BTP Service portfolio to SAP Premium Customers in EMEA.
  • Understand the latest in DevOps for the SAP world.
  • Understand the latest developments and capabilities SAP Business Technology Platform, Cloud ALM, Cloud Application Programming, DevOps & partner solutions.
  • Understand and deliver CoE Engineering Services.
  • Embrace the functionality and technical capabilities of SAP product releases.
  • Deliver onsite and remote services for global customers.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability for customer travel.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of Solution Optimization, Process automation and Solution High Availability.
  • Adopt the methodologies CoE Engineering Services and execute the objectives.
  • Provide clear recommendations and guidance to promote the added value from a service.
