YOUR FUTURE ROLE


You want to play a key role in establishing a new Cyber Security Framework (CSF) for SAP´s internal mission critical business and support solutions? You are delighted to enable SAP on the way to further increase it´s CSF maturity level according to NIST standards?

We are looking for a Security Engineering Senior Specialist who will be responsible for the adaption of the NIST CSF within our unit (SMO) and will be accountable for relevant pillars within the NIST Framework (Detect, Protect and supporting Identify).

You will support SAP´s transformation to an Intelligent Enterprise by shifting the focus from maintaining highly adopted environments to standardized environments with short provisioning times in a hybrid environment, connecting products and solutions deployed from on-premise or on hyperscalers with those running on PaaS or SaaS solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and orchestrate the CSF for SMO according to NIST standards
  • Steer security deliverables aligning with relevant stakeholders across application and infrastructure units
  • Ensure that security requirements are followed during build, ship and run-time phases of the solution deployment
  • Represent our organization within security relevant audits

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • more than 3 years experience with NIST Cyber Security Framework standards
  • security certifications like CISSP or CISM
  • advanced knowledge in Enterprise Information Security Architecture
  • excellent experience with security requirements operating mission critical SAP solutions
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal communication and presentation skills in English and German (incl. C-Level)
  • technical and cloud infrastructure knowledge
  • track record with security solutions like Priviledge Access Management and vulnerability management
  • many years of program and project management experience
  • conceptual and structured work style, result and execution oriented
  • ability to work in an international, virtual team and act as “team player”

Within Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES), the Solutions Management and Operations (SMO) team is responsible for the End-to-End operation of SAP´s internal mission critical services based on SAP´s own or other innovative technologies.
