Developer / Support Engineer in Global CoE Business Process Operations (m/f/d)

YOUR FUTURE ROLE   
The Global CoE Business Process Operations is a team within the Premium Hub in Cloud Success Services responsible for providing tools and content to support service delivery to our customers.

As a developer / support engineer (m/f/d) in the Global CoE Business Process Operations you will work in a agile, diverse scrum team to develop the future platform for Intelligent Service Delivery in SAP Cloud ALM. You will collaborate with other CoE teams to get their input and integrate their requirements into the new platform. You will take over development tasks, participate in roll-out activities and improve the applications based on end user feedback. You will work with other development teams to integrate with their tools and applications.

 

YOUR PROFILE       

  • Excellent university / bachelor’s / master’s degree
  • Knowledge of Cloud Foundry, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery concepts
  • Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, and REST/OData
  • Knowledge of relational database systems such as SAP HANA, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Exposure to microservices based applications, Spring Boot
  • Experience with SAP CAP is a plus
  • Knowledge of customer service delivery processes / experience in customer service delivery is a plus
  • Strong creativity, teamwork, analytical thinking, customer orientation
  • Fluent English, elementary German

We have years of experience and passion in delivering services to our customers as well as deep knowledge in application development in SAP Cloud ALM. About one year ago we have started the journey to develop SAP's future service delivery platform within SAP Cloud ALM and are now proud to extend the initial version based on the needs of our internal and external customers.
