What you´ll do

As we embark on a program to implement a cloud base Next Generation Identity Governance and Administration solution for SAP SE, the IAM Operations Product Management team is looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management Product Manager.

As a key member of our SAFe ART Product Management team, the IAM Product Manager will initially concentrate its efforts on supporting the implementation of our NextGen IGA -a cloud-based Identity Governance and Administration solution- understanding the defined MVP and closely collaborating with the implementation team to help them realize the roadmap, and coordinating with our scrum teams to ensure a smooth and efficient rollout. The expertise in product management will be essential in identifying and mitigating any potential risks and challenges that may arise during the implementation process, ultimately ensuring a successful and timely deployment of the solution.

As the implementation progresses, the IAM Product Manager will shift its focus to fully guide the rest of our Operations Support and Product Engineering teams -and in conjunction with our architects and release train engineers- drive our portfolio initiatives as part of our SAFe ART Product Management team.

What you bring

• 5+ years of work experience delivering within an agile way-of-working environment (SAFe, Scrum and/or other agile methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficient communication skills in English.
• Proficient in identifying, understanding, and reviewing stakeholder needs, objectives, and business requirements to ensure the effective design and implementation of operational IT solutions.

• Understanding of Enterprise IT organizations and Identity & Access Management (IAM) and the user lifecycle management processes such as provisioning, de-provisioning, update, disable/enable, reconciliation, and deactivation for both on-premise and cloud environments. 
• Advanced knowledge with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office 365 products.
