What you'll do
The Client Delivery Manager in Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is the primary point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers. This includes our offerings RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) and Cloud Application Services (CAS). 

In the role of Associate Client Delivery Manager (CDM), you will learn from scratch about our private cloud offerings, processes throughout the customer lifecycle and professional customer management practices. You will support and learn from experienced CDMs in their real-life customer situations, whose main goals are customer satisfaction and commercial success while driving the end-to-end customer engagement through onboarding, run and renewal phases. 

The CDM has three main areas of responsibility:

1. Engagement Management: Planning & review of services in accordance with the customer’s project and adoption of SAP Cloud Solutions, stakeholder management and renewal support.
2. Delivery Management: Day-to-day operations, project coordination, de-escalating critical engagements.
3. Account Management: Commercial account management and customer satisfaction rating.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science or business administration or equivalent skills gained via vocational training / apprenticeship
• Pro-active, problem solving, "can-do" attitude and “customer first” mindset.
• Openness to learn about technical, legal and commercial topics.
• Ability to work on multiple projects or topics in parallel and adjust to changing customer and project situations.
• Good presentation and communication skills in English and German. Additional languages (spoken in the MEE region) are a plus.
• Ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audience with confidence.
• Basic understanding of the concepts of private cloud, technical managed services, and IT infrastructure.
• Technical / Functional SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Good self- and time-management.
• Readiness to work in international and global matrix organizations.
• Ability to travel to customers.
