What you`ll do

Als Mitglied unseres Teams wirst du:

• mit unseren SAP-Marketingteams zusammenarbeiten und die technische Unterstützung für kleine SAP-Meetings und -Events planen und bereitstellen.
• die IT-Infrastruktur für Events installieren und betreiben (Notebooks, Server, Mobilgeräte, Tools und Meetingtechnologie)
• den IT-Projektleiter für die jeweiligen Events unterstützen
• MS Teams-Live-Events produzieren und unterstützen und Zoom-Meetings/Zoom-Webinare für interne und externe Zielgruppen jeder Größe veranstalten
• Deine Arbeit selbst reflektieren und dein Team dabei unterstützen, unsere Services kontinuierlich zu verbessern
• Idealerweise internen Tools zur Planung und Verwaltung von Events und Event-Equipment oder IT Services programmieren und weiterentwickeln.

Wir suchen jemanden, der Initiative ergreift, ausdauernd ist und neugierig bleibt. Wir suchen dich, wenn du über die folgenden Eigenschaften verfügst: 

• Hohe Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, unter Druck zu arbeiten, auch bei Ad-hoc-Aufgaben
• Fähigkeit, Selbstständig zu arbeiten und Verantwortung für zugewiesene Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
• Offene Arbeitsweise und Offenheit für neue Ideen.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Programmierkenntnisse in SAP Fiori oder anderer Programmiersprachen sind ein großes Plus
• Reisebereitschaft und Bereitschaft zu Wochenendarbeit sind unerlässlich.
• 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT- und Netzwerk-Umfeld
• 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Event-Support/Event-Management

Wir verbinden Menschen, Events und Technologie, um das beste Erlebnis zu gewährleisten! Hierzu koordiniert und liefert das IT Event Services EMEA Team alle IT Services für SAPs Kunden- und Mitarbeiterveranstaltung innerhalb der Region EMEA.  Das Team unterstützt dabei über 200 Veranstaltungen im Jahr, von kleinen Messeauftritte bis zu Großveranstaltungen mit >10.000 Teilnehmern in ganz Europa. Mit seinem Logistikcenter und festen Veranstaltungsräumen am Standort Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot ist es permanent im Headquarter der SAP im Einsatz.
