The SAP Globalization Development Team is seeking a Intermediate/Senior Full Stack Developer (f/m/d) to contribute to the development of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and its localized solutions. If you thrive in a dynamic environment alongside passionate engineers, this is the perfect opportunity for you to help shape the future of payroll technology.
- Work with the latest technologies, including microservice development architecture and Business AI.
- Leverage AI to optimize and enhance processes.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design and development to deployment.
- Design innovative solutions for complex challenges in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- Participate in code reviews, sharing best practices and expertise with colleagues.
- Collaborate with local and remote product teams to drive impactful solutions.
- Work closely with other development teams and product managers to meet localization requirements.
What You Bring:
- At least 3 years of experience as a developer, ideally in an HCM environment.
- Expertise in software architecture design, agile development, and full software lifecycle management.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience with ABAP or Java (J2EE, etc.) for business and transaction logic.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions on time.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Programming and analytical skills, with experience in HCM SuccessFactors and Payroll/Time Management solutions.
- Tech You’ll Learn: Deepen your expertise in the localization of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
