SAP Globalization is responsible for the internationalization and localization of more than 100 country versions.
 
YOUR FUTURE ROLE     
Are you a Senior Developer (f/m/d) and want to join our experienced SAP experts in Human Capital Management (HCM) for the Netherlands at SAP Globalization. Our product helps to ensure that around 20 million employees worldwide receive their salary each month.
Would you like to join a highly motivated team in St. Leon-Rot, who is responsible for the Dutch version of the payroll? The team models legal changes in payroll and implements them in our software. The team is responsible for a large customer base. Our customers expect high-quality solutions that meet legal requirements set by the administration. 
 
This is your chance to further develop your expertise by taking on a broad range of responsibilities and a wide variety of tasks. You will be responsible for all phases of the development process including requirements analysis, implementation, testing and product maintenance, and you will also support strategic projects such as the HCM solution for S/4 HANA.
 
 
YOUR PROFILE    

  • Bachelor's, master's, or diploma degree, or doctorate in computer science, economics, natural sciences, or similar fields
  • Good programming skills (ABAP is a plus) and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new things quickly and a high level of comprehension for mapping business requirements
  • High level of quality awareness and reliability 
  • Strong team orientation and communication skills, combined with an independent working style
  • Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment
  • Proficiency in Dutch language – Both written and verbal
  • Good English Language skills
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development 
  • HCM knowhow is a plus
