What you'll do

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student to join our Global Content Office team. This role is ideal for a student who is looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will support the Head of the Content Office with a variety of tasks that are crucial for our day-to-day operations.

 

  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate our strategies and results
  • Provide occasional support with calendar management and scheduling
  • Assist in the organization and preparation of workshops, including logistical arrangements
  • Contribute to other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
     

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, German is a plus 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Previous experience in a similar role (internships, part-time jobs) is a plus

Working closely with the Head of the Content Office, you will gain insights into the strategic processes that drive our content initiatives. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and committed to your professional growth.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
