ABOUT THE TEAM
The team is highly diverse and cross-functional. As part of CPIT Customer & Partner we deliver the tools that the customer-facing front-office roles and end-customers need on a daily basis.  We embrace new technology to achieve real improvements to the end-user’s daily work.  We strive for rock-solid operations for our end-users which means we also focus on automated tests to avoid issues when releasing developments to production. 
We offer in-depth hands-on education to allow you to become familiar with our products and the technologies we use. Additionally, a mentor and your team will always be at your side!

THE ROLE
You will work in an agile team that is focused on providing Customer Engagement roles with tools and applications that offer a world-class user experience on a state of the art cloud-centric landscape. In other words, our goal is to have “happy users on a cool infrastructure.” This in turn enables the customer-facing colleagues to “delight customers, always” while managing their engagements. 
The tools we provide and support are using many of SAP’s innovations, such as Fiori, Machine Learning, Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) on Node.js and are built on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP Cloud Platform) and also use SAP’s internal Infrastructure.

We need support in marketing our achievements in Success Stories and publishing valuable updates on the organization’s project websites.   We regularly need visually apealing and professional presentations as a basis for decision-making, communicating changes, etc.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Language skills: fluent in English and German, skills in additional languages are a plus
• Preferred fields of study: computer science, linguistics, design
• Required Computer skills: MS Office, SharePoint, Wordpress
• Beneficial Computer skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
• Required skills/experience: Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, Event Organization
• Soft skills: team player, willing to take over responsibility

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
